lil bit of ToT help

yes,i need help.I already googled this and checked a lot of sites but...
im trying to get Daren's rainbow ingredients and all I need is the good herb fish.
any idea what fish and herbs to use?

Yeah! I know a good combination to use. Try salmon and purple herb. I think it might be a bit better, but it's okay to have higher quality. I think it is good though.
