This is a poem I did for my science homework...

My caterpillar was small and black,
Now its big and beautiful,
This is the journey my caterpillar went through.
'Small and black I was,
I was also very wriggly
I ate and ate and ate,
until I nearly poppped,
(I even tried to eat my poo thats how hungry I was)
Now I'm big and beautiful,
I love the way I fly,
Nice and elegant and floaty,
Now is my time to shine.
