Basically they are saying that they are "Open" or Ready for Roleplaying and that whoever comes and is ready, they will notice who they can Role play with. |

You know, just now I get the feeling of buying a structure deck, and go to a duelist Colosseum and a random person asked me, "Are you going to duel or not?". You know, I'm too scared to even duel because I don't even know what the cards are, and the rules to the game.
