What program do you use for Movie Making?

Well, technically speaking, my program of WMM was free, because it came with my new computer. But, I guess the only truly free program is One True Media.

i do windows movie maker aand i suppose its free because my mom wouldnt buy it if it wereent free so thats all i use is windows movie maker Smile

I use WMM, but some people say it looks like I use Vegas. ^^

i use OneTrueMedia but i don't like it that much..

i am planning on making my fist video on WMM..

So really the only free one is one true media apart from WMM but that came free with the computer

The only free program that I'm aware of is One True Media. There's probably more. But don't just take my word for it, because I'm not the most experienced video maker here.

Windows Movie Maker only comes with the updated versions of windows. I think you have to have above a 1998 windows to have movie maker. If it's later than 2001 I think you get Vista style. So it depends on the brand and age of your computer. I have 2007 Compaq that has Vista on it, before my pc was a Gateway and it didn't naturally have windows on it.

I'm really happy now. My mom is going to force my dad to get photoshop and an older version of sony vegas. She told me she'd say it's a gift for me for my b-day as an excuse. (I have to wait about five months still.)

The older versions of sony vegas are really cheap, so if you want a better program for movie making you can save up about $100 dollars you can get an older version like sony vegas 6 or 7. If you want to pay even less you can get number 5 too. Ordering online also cuts off some of the price too.
