| Try drinking something cold like water, cold tea :/ if doesn't help i don't know sleeping pills? *sigh* ... In my place at day it's madly hot and at night it's cold like REALLY cold x.x |

| Keep the air flow moving. One reason why it gets warm is because the air gets stuff. If you sleep with your door closed open it up. | well what i would do is everymorning put a waterbottle in the freezer then when you wake up at night you could go get it and drink it it works for me all the time or you can go splash some water on you face  i hope it helps |

| I forgot to mention the lavender trick! If you but something that is lavender scented on your pillow it helps you sleep. (Lotion, perfume, ect.) | Yeah, Kitty's right. I use this lavender spray on my pillows almost every night. It's supposed to help you relax, and be able to sleep. Plus, it smells really good. 8D I have the same problem with insomnia sometimes, but you and me are a little bit too young to be taking sleeping pills, imho.
You can buy the lavender spray almost anywhere. It's not expensive, either. You can get teeny, tiny little bottles of it and see if it helps, and then if it does, buy more. It really helps me sleep.
Also, try taking a bath, or lying in bed and reading a book, before you go to sleep. If you go to bed relaxed and unwound, you'll sleep a lot better than if you just went to bed without calming down a little bit first. |
