It was a blazzing morning, Charl was bord out of her socks. Everyone was buisy appart from her. "Ow! What am I going to do.. well I guess I could do with some fishing!" So Charl ran to her house and collected her things to go fishing. By the time she got to the beach everything was clean and golden, "WOW! The beach looks so beautiful at midday, well I guess I better go catch some fish then, right Galax!" Galax smiled. She sat on the warm bay for a couple of minutes, "Mmmm..." so she waited...and waited... and waited..."Uhh.. I never knew this was even more BORING than what I did earlier, paint drying is even more entertaining!" While she was wathing the wave going back and forth, Galax explored around the beach for a while...

Carly was walking on the beach, looking for big shells.
She glanced up, and saw a girl she did not recognise. The girl looked bored and lonely, so Carly decided to say hi.
"Hi, my name's Carly." She said, walking over to her.
Carly didn't know that many people in the valley, so she was always open to making new friends.

A girl aproached Charl, "Oh, hi there I'm Charl! Nice to meet you!" Charl shook her hand as a way of showing friendship! "I'm just in the middle of fishing, hoping that something exciting will happen!" Charl stared into the deep, deep ocean untill she felt a small tug on the end of the rod!....

Carly smiled. "It's nice to meet you, too."
She also enjoyed fishing, but she didn't have the chance to do it that much.
Carly gazed out into the open water, wondering what laid beyond the horizon.
Her thoughts were inturupted by the sound of a bobber going under water. She looked anxiously at Charl, wondering what she was going to catch.

"Oh boy! I think this is gona be a big one!" Charl heaved and pulled and heaved, something is coming at full speed across the water. "WOW!" Charl gasped! And in a lightning flash the fished jumped out of the water, it's fins were glisening and it dived into a perfect arch. *SPLASH!* water covered Carly and Charl!...

Carly laughed. "We got drenched!"
She looked back down at the water. "That was one big fish!"
"I don't think I've seen one of those before." She said, wringing out her hair.
As the waves drew back, they left a rather large conch shell, perfect condition. Carly picked it up and examined it.

"WOW! That is some nice conch shell!" Charl admared it with Carly. *tug,tug* "Oh great, not another one!" Charl groaned "I WANA HOT CHOCOLATE!" *tug,tug,tug* Charl ran to the fishing rod before it entered the big blue. "Right, let's see how big this one is shall we?" Charl questioned herself.....*TUG,TUG!*

"Yes, indeed we shall!" Carly giggled.
The fish struggled and pulled back. It then leaped out of the water.

Carly gasped.
"I think that's a marlin!"
Carly set down her conch and ran over to help Charl pull it in.

They pulled and pulled with all there weight, "COME ON LETS KEEP TRYING!" They pulled and pulled then SPLASH! " O my godness it can't be true!" They were both stared at what they have caught! "WOW! I think we both deserve this, do you think so to Carly? We both worked together to earn it!" Charl said with a bright smile on her face....

Carly stared at the fish mouth agape. "Oh mah goodness." It looked much bigger out of the water. She looked over at Charl. "Uh, yeah!" She looked back at the fish. "That is enormous."
