Yeah, I like Photoshop, the lines you can create with it are really something, and it's easy to create Vectors such as that one. ;D
Sure, it's a little shaky and hard to use at first, but I'm sure you'll find your bearings soon. ;D

no, the problem for me is my lack of creativity and the fact that photoshop doesn't like to color the way it should. but maybe i'll mess with it a bit. also, i have a hard time re-sizing things and when i go to make the canvas, i have no idea how big to make it rawr rawr rawr! *rolls on floor*

Yeah, I hate resizing, because the size it'll come out as in a print is really, really different to the size it needs to be in order to fit into a post.
I'm still yet to find a good technique that doesn't obliterate all the detail... :\
