i was in my recital practice..

i did my part in it..i got too carried away from my single role as a evil house owner..

i got too high pitched in my voice(like a girl)and too carried away with my movements,,

so i walk out because they not only insulted..they even said sorry..i am the only one who completed p[practice..

i walk out..

what's your opinion?

Its perfectly normal to do that. My friend's done it millions of times! Also, I've been down that road. People were insulting and teasing me that I looked like a boy at a time... You'll get over it and also, you were just getting into your part.

I haven't really had that problem, because I'm very feminine...xDDD But, if you're offended, don't just let people get to you. It's not a good idea to walk out on your role, though. Some teachers might not like that very much, and give your part to someone else. Just tell your drama director that people are being rude, and they'll take care of it.

Kids will be kids, so they'll do stuff like that. Everyone gets picked on in life and you aren't doing yourself any favors by walking out like that. Laugh at things like that before they can make fun of it or join in with them. Once for a school presentation I had to act like a five year old getting interviewed/ locked in a safe, cause no one else was brave enough to humilate themselves like that. I felt stupid, but at the end the whole class was laughing repeating a couple of funny lines I said like:

"The boogey man is gonna turn me into chop-suey! I don't wanna be chop-suey!" or
"Wait! I gotta go potty!"

People often will talk about you more cause you walked out and might think of nicknames to give you. (At least where I live.) Becareful if you do things like that cause people might start rumors about how you can't take a joke or that you are like a drama queen.

Kazumi couldn't help but feel a bit nervous around Cody. He was unlike anyone she had ever seen before. His voice was smooth, his skin fair and his hair the perfect shade of brown. But his eyes had to be the most wonderful thing about his looks. Yes, he was like a giant Ken doll.

I love you Kazu. ♥♥♥♥

With drama, it's easier to laugh at yourself, because it's not really you and your personality that everyone is giggling at; it's the character that you're playing. I'm a goofball ordinarily, so it's not hard for me to act completely stupid. If you get really into a role, you are a really good actor! Humiliating yourself for the good of a play is a very noble thing to do. 8]
