| Yes my mom was moving the couch to clean the carpets but without knowing what was behind the couch.. ...the laptop plug was plugged into the outlet. So with the extreme force, the polar thing in which you stick into the outlet is twisted/crooked. This is the plug below in which ALL THREE are bent in case you don't know what I'm talking about. | Spoiler: | | |  |
It's to the point I find it's unsafe to plug in. So now the battery is drained so I'll have to order/find a new one which may take at least a week to get/ship due to a busy schedule.
