| You see I don't know what to do! [yeh... it says on the tile!] I advertised a forum on here and someone [not naming names ^^'] said that it was totaly cool that I made a forum, but it wasn't mine I was advertising it for someone else. But! It made me think should I make my own forum?
Advantages: I asked peps at school and they were saying they would love to join a forum that I made! And my sis is obsest on asking me to make one! So about 100 votes "yes" 0 vote "no".... Disadvantages: I am a real buissy girl at the moment and I joined about 5 forums already! And making another might destract me from my work, becoming the leader and all. SO I don't know what to do. Please give me your views and I'll tell you my desision sooner or later. THANKIES! G.G |

| Well, there's a lot more to making a forum than there is to simply joining one. Have you ever used an Admin CP before? Do you know how to set up layouts? Are you willing to write multiple threads on rules, behaviors, expectations, and other guidelines for members? Do you have time to check the site everyday, and fix anything that's wrong? Do you think you'd be able to make choices on staff not just because they're your friends, but because they're capable of making good choices and being good examples?
There's a lot more to running a site than even that, but that's what I could name off the top of my head.
If you have time to devote to even setting it up, and even more time to be on almost every day, at least for the beginning, then it's worth a shot. |

| You should, but you've got to make sure you have the time. My best friend and I have a website and we update it and maintain it daily. There's a lot that goes into making a site. Like, everything that ES listed. So, go for it if it doesn't seem like a lot of work (I think its fun seeing who goes on and makes posts/enters contests) |

| This is exactly why I don't make forums. I EPIC FAIL at them. But going on everyday and just making members mods isn't right. if I were in charge I would choose wisely and people who have high experience on things.
Being in charge of forums is really hard, especially if you had bad access on the computer. also with updates you have to do, truely hard.
But if you wnat to make a forum, go right on ahead. _____________________ | Quote: | RainbowMilly : That's a record. Most kids ever had was 69.. AlisaElric0150 : I know. X3. @ 35bell : -giggle-. | Youtube~Formspring~Fanfiction |

Almost "yes" to everything. I have been going on the administration CP alot, I know how to change the design, I know ranking, I know how to change people to admins or not, I know how to neaten up the website with new topics ect. I've been a admin for a website for over a month, and my friend who 'literly' dosn't have a clue on making a new topic, changing things, chosing admins. So I helped her with that. But time... Well I guess that's the only problem, I guess if I made a forum I could only go on it for 10-15 mins since there is always a cue for the computer. Well I guess, I could make one... I think I should have more thinking time ^^ |
