Why does a man tremble?

Alone sat a man in his cell. All he could do is wait. Wait for his trial for a crime he didn't commit. There was no solid evidence against him, only the word of his bitter neighbors who had wanted him in jail for a while. It had almost been a year now and he had no word of his son or his ex-wife too. Knowing her, she was probably thrilled with the news that he was put in jail.

Now what did he do that could be so bad. He was an overseer at a brickyard and made an honest living. A little too set in the past with his family traditions, so his wife had left him after the birth of their son. How could he be blamed for murdering a boy, when he loved his so dearly? To make matters worst the victim's mother was a close friend to his ex-wife, who he could remember always complain about having a child at such a young age. The dots didn't line up, but that didn't matter. No one would listen to him and he wasn't allowed to see his lawyer of all people. It was all a plot to take the land that belong to his father, and it was working. He had no friends, so it was easy for this to happen. Society didn't care that they turned on him. Afterall, who really is needed in the world? Surely not him.

Oh man, it is sort of sad that things like this in fact DO happen.

When there's none to blame... Find a dummy to calm down the society.

Yes its true they do this...they will even blame each other just to calm down the media.

Truly a very sad thing to happen, and it does happen. The world has it's crulities and it's own way. I wish there was a better way to prove ones innocence in such a time.
