GRAHAM'S EPICALLY EPIC PLOT OF DOOOOM AND BUNNIES.
Summary of character plot:

Three best friends.
One has a secret.
One has a gravestone.
One has no idea.


From the moment he moved to the city, Graham Morgana was head-over-heels for the local beauty, Bailey Laurence. They went to the same school. They lived in the same apartment complex. They were the same age.

Much to his surprise, a few days after his family moved into the apartment, Bailey was standing at his door with her own best friend, asking if he would play with them. He resisted at first – he doubted their motives.

The two girls kept persisting, though, and eventually wore him down. In fact, they gained his friendship. Before long, the trio was absolutely inseparable. Bailey became his best friend and secret love, and the other girl was just as meaningful to him.

Everything changed on a stormy day at sea. A boat capsized with two of the three friends on it; Bailey died as a direct result.

No one really knows what happened.

No one, except for the young man who had been on the boat with her.

Guilt plaguing him, Graham turned away from everything that mattered to him. He stopped seeing his friends, including the one that was still alive, and turned to booze and drugs, instead.

He thinks about those girls every single day. He hasn’t seen the other girl in years. He hasn’t had a desire to. He is convinced that she blames him for killing Bailey, because he blames himself.

Never in a million years would he find their paths crossing, once again, in a place like this.



What I’m Looking For:

Obviously, Graham’s role is already filled. XD I’m looking for a female character to fill the best friend role. She has to be specifically from the city, with a couple of my own requirements:
A girl.
Not an only child. (I want to incorporate some family matters into things. That’ll all be revealed later on.)
A bad habit of some sort; something defining.
Someone who tends to look up to prominent females in their lives, an older sister, perhaps.


This isn’t a romance plot. This is a plot to deal with Graham’s own demons. He is still in love with Bailey, and blames himself for her death. He needs the former best friend in his life to convince him that it wasn’t his fault…but in order for her to do that, he needs to develop relationships with her, and with other people, to trust her enough to tell her EXACTLY what happened.

This doesn’t have to be a strictly two-person plot. If you want in, I can write you in as, say, Bailey’s friend/family member/whatever from the past who DOES blame Graham, and never lets him forget it, or something. Let me know if you’re interested in this plot, and I’ll do my best to involve you.

I want to do a first-come, first-serve kind of deal with the best friend, but I’m looking more for character compatibility than someone just jumping at this chance.

The best friend spot is very likely to be filled by Ballad's character, Savannah. I'll wait to get a few more responses until I decide for sure, though.

Though I think Chase might get a bit jealous is Ari is also Graham's good buddy. ;p

He could be friends with Gabe. Then they could smoke around eachother and be cool with it. (Yay! Smoking buddies! ;])

I oddly could see Graham being friends with Kitty. Weird huh?

YESSSS, smoking buddies. 8] They would probably be the kind of people just to sit on a bench, totally wordless, and be okay with the lack of talking.

Oddly, I can see Graham and Kitty getting along, too. She'd probably appreciate his lack of bubbly-ness. xD

Yay! Wordless RPs that means! (Oh, I like a good challenge. They could be friends that grow close through subtle actions rather than words. Like, Graham could snap his fingers and Gabe would just toss him his lighter or something. xD)

Yep, that's pretty much why. I can see them hanging out when Ian wears her out from being such a romanticist when she's such a realist.

Haha yes. People would think they were deaf, and were signing to each other. xD

Kitty and Graham would probably be arguing friends. "You're wrong." "Oh yeah?"
