Okay,so I need to trigger it.But it won't work!It's not winter,and he's at the purple heart.It said on the internet it had to be sunny when it happened.I do that but it won't work!!Does it have to rain!!??!!?!Please help me!!!!

Thats the information i found. Did you go into Vesta's shop between 8:10 am to 12:00 pm? Have you seen the black heart event? yes, its supposed to be a rainy day.
