When I start Roleplaying, do I simply join in to the story? does someone randomly encounter me? or do I have to introduce myself specifically when I go into a Town?

Well first off, let’s start with the basics(WHOOP, TUTORIAL!).

Heart/Friendship events

Those are the two “categories” we roleplay with. Open means that anyone can join. Reserved means it’s for only a couple of characters, which the people would have talked to about it and decided. So in other words:

Just smile {Open}
This topic is an open thread. Anyone that reads it can just jump into the storyline. These are fun, the bigger, the better, sometimes.

Just smile {Reserved - Alisa and Robert}
This topic is a reserved thread. Only me(Because my character) and Semater(Because Robert is his character) can roleplay in this. This can go with any characters and it doesn’t have to be just two people.

Just smile {Pink Heart Event - Alisa and Amando}
This is like Reserved. These topics, as well as friendship events are the ones that boost heart levels, meaning they’ll be better friends. Heart and Friendship events are only for two people.

Remember to ask the person you want to roleplay with before actually making a thread though~ XD

Now for your question(Finally, right? XD), it really depends.

You can join a storyline, yeah, if it’s open, like I said. You can make your own open thread to so people can interact with you and jump in, so they will encounter you.

Introducing yourself as your character does help. For instance, here’s a small portion of roleplay. Take note that I am just doing a ‘preview’ and real roleplay posts are expected to be four lines minimum. XD

	Rina placed her guitar on the chair in the open room. She was only sixteen so it would be a bit odd to teach people how to play, especially if they were older then her. Same with singing. “Oh well, it will be fun, right?” she said, talking to herself.

	”What would be fun?” Cody asked, leaning in the door entrance.

(I didn’t do much with Cody because he’s not my character, he’s Kitty’s. XD)

So there, Cody “encountered” my character, Rina. This can go vice versa, and other ways. For instance, they were probably meeting somewhere on purpose, bumping into each other(Maybe even literally XD), or already spending time together.
