And who knows?
Maybe there are government planes shooting down and planes and cleaning up evidence.
Maybe the government has a facility somewhere where they actually found/re-incarnated the Megaladon, as a secret bio-military weapon, to give them total control over sea based affairs.
And maybe it still exists just because O_o.
It's possible it could survive the waters where no human can actually go.(Say, 1,000 ft+ under the surface?)
